The CFSP: for whom? and why?
The content and benefits of the CFSP certification programme are aimed at manufacturers, distributors, installers/agents, consultants, engineering offices and operators in the out-of-home catering sector.
The CFSP is an internationally recognised and promoted certification of individuals. It attests to an overall level of understanding and mastery of the fundamentals of the out-of-home catering sector.
As an international certification, the CFSP materials, courses and assessments are only available in English.
How does the certification work?
In order to succeed in obtaining the CFSP, candidates must assimilate a reference manual. Candidates are then invited to a training day with a CFSP approved trainer, followed by an assessment day.
Depending on his score, the candidate is either awarded the CFSP, or is invited to retake it at a later session.
