On Sirha 2017, Electrolux Professionnel, L’R Durable and Brake France joined to launch the first edition of a restauration award, aiming at rewarding the “Chef of the Future” on the theme of sustainability.
Because “Tomorrow is cooked Today”, this award focused both on sustainable practices and receipts. The Jury composed of Starred Chefs and restauration professionals rewarded 3 chefs among the 6 finalists (after around 30 files received), and attributed the following prizes:
1er Award: Anthony AVOINE, Manoir de Lan Kerellec, Trébeurden (22)
2ème Award «Espoir» 2017: Gaëtan BERTHELOT, La table des Anges (Paris 19ème)
3ème Special Jury Award: Richard GUYOMARD, Cercle Interarmées, Strasbourg (67)
